March 15 2017 Challenge Featured Layout #1

Today we're featuring a layout based on our March 15th sketch, and it's a wee bit Irish. Before we show you today's inspiration, though, we want to recognize our sponsors for this challenge.

A big thank you goes out to Wycinanka for sponsoring this challenge with a themed prize pack for our first lucky winner,

In a small factory at the foot of the Izera Mounains,
with passion and involvement, we create unusual products to handicraft.

In Wycinanka's offer you will find chipboards, stencils, stamps and ... just look at  www.wycinanka.net

Sample prize pack.

AND thank you to Charms Creations, who is also sponsoring this challenge with a $20.00 gift certificate to their online shop for our second lucky winner.

My name is Charmane Koch & I am owner of Charms Creations! I am living in the Adelaide Hills, about 20 minutes from Adelaide, South Australia with my partner Ash & 3 gorgeous children - our son Chei aged 12 & two girls Harmony aged 10 & Ryarne aged 6!
I started Charms Creations back in 2010, after creating a few handmade creations for my own layouts I had a suggestion to make them and sell them to others. It started as selling only a few for a *Market* on a Scrapbooking Site, then selling them on my blog, then I started selling them on my Facebook Page.
I started selling them in a Big Cartel Store -http://charmscreations.bigcartel.com/ a few years ago, and still do, along with having sales & new releases over on the Charms Creations Facebook Page.
I am very lucky to also have a fantastic Creative Team who have been helping me spread the word with their gorgeous work around the web & in Scrapbooking Magazines.
I also have an AMAZING group of regular customers who also share their gorgeous work here in this fabulous group to give Ideas & Inspiration as well!
So please feel free to share YOUR work with us here - we would LOVE to see it!
Happy Creating!

Nathalie is our featured artist today. Her St. Patrick's Day theme makes it clear she feels pretty lucky to be celebrating with her darling family. And just look at all the texture and detail she added to her page!

We are so glad you joined us, Nathalie. Please grab our "featured" button below and wear it on your blog.
Here's another look at the sketch:

Please link up your layouts over in the sidebar by March 29th at Midnight EST to be in the running for one of our prizes. All prizes will be drawn randomly using Random.org to pick a number.

When linking your layouts, please make sure it is linked to the specific post your layout is in, not your blog as a whole as it can be hard for our team to find your layout, especially if you blog often. You can also link from any gallery including Facebook and Flickr. (Though we may not be able to comment in all forums.)

Feel free to combine this sketch challenge with other non-sketch challenges, such as colour challenges.

Please post a link back to Stuck?! Sketches on your blog entry for our challenge. We would also love for you to share the sketch, too!

Thank you for visiting us today. We hope our sketch inspires you. Be sure to show us what you've made because we love to see your work and hand out prizes.

Now let's get started with the challenge, here is your sketch....

We have a new guest designer joining us today, please help us welcome Suzanna Lee to Stuck?! Sketches!

I will let Suzanna tell you a bit about herself....

Hey scrappy peeps! What an absolute pleasure it is to join Laura and her sketchy gals this month as a guest designer! I am Suzanna Lee; mother, wife, Physical Therapist, cat nap partner and a whole host of other titles! I have long had a hand in the crafting world but my love for patterned paper and fussy cutting began when we moved here to Glen Allen, Virginia and my paper collecting hobby became a paper cutting and album creating hobby! My first gig as a Design Team member for our (now out of business) local scrapbook store led to another team and another and I have been going ever since.

My style is rather eclectic. I tend to be more graphic and linear with a preference for straight lines and a clean look. I have been known however to meddle with watercolor and messy things that add a very different look to a page. I scrapbook in all shapes and sizes; 12x12, letter, pocket, double page, you name it, I do it.

Over the years, I have had the honor and pleasure of working with several sketch/challenge, manufacturer and kit design teams, and have had my layouts published in magazines and books. When not in my scrappy nook, I can be found chauffeuring or cheering for my swimmers, at work as a Physical Therapist or chilling at home with a book or the cat. You can find me on social media in the following places;

We have a guest designer joining us today, please help us welcome Tania Ridgwell to our April 1st challenge!!

I will let Tania tell you a bit about herself....

"My name is Tania and I currently live in Adelaide, Australia with my partner and our 10 year old daughter. I have been scrapbooking/crafting for almost ten years starting just after my daughter was born and have been hooked ever since, she is my never ending source of inspiration. I have to say I am addicted to all things craft and love to create anything from layouts to cards though my absolute favourite is for anything off the page.

I love to try new techniques and just love playing with new products. I don’t know that I have a particular style but I do love to incorporate mixed media into my work (love getting my hands messy) along with chipboard, blooms, and plenty of bling."

Here is Tania's incredible layout based on our sketch.

Thank you for joining us Tania!
